Tim Bainey Jr. and Nikki
Grace Make Appearance at “Pennies for Patients” Cancer Event
Tim Bainey Jr. and Aaron’s “Dream Girl” Nikki Grace made an appearance at
the North Lincoln Hill Elementary School in Central Pennsylvania on behalf
of the Navasky Foundation for Life this
past week as part of the “Pennies
for Patients” cancer fundraising
program.

“We really love to do these kinds of
events,” said Tim Jr. “It’s a great
cause and it’s a great opportunity to communicate with the kids. We always
like to have fun with them, but today we were able to help them understand
just how much what they are doing is appreciated by other kids their age who
are suffering from some bad times as they fight cancer.”
“It’s always great to be out with so many kids,” said Nikki Grace. “They get
a little excited when we do these in-school assemblies. Timmy likes to have
fun, and the kids end up getting a little loud and crazy - but these kids
deserve to have a little fun as a reward for taking part in such a great
program.”
Through the program elementary school children save their “pennies, nickels,
dimes, and quarters… and bring them into school as part of a drive to raise
funds to assist children suffering from the terrible disease.
They were joined by Navasky Foundation co-founders Chuck & Jaye Navasky,
along with foundation board member Jim Pollock to announce a pledge that
will double the total amount raised through this effort.
Tim and Nikki spent time talking with the kids, first thanking them for
being a part of such a great program, and then just having a little fun as
they walked through the crowd and took questions. At the end every kid
received an autograph card from the pair.
